The Plan Expert foraging and wood fired cooking in a beautioful location in Oxfordshire. Walk through the woods and open fields with trained herbalist and forager Justine Gens. Learn to identify and forage plants. Gather wood from the woodland floor, light a campfire and cook over an open fire. Ingredients and recipes will vary according to the particular season and and could include nettle pesto and wood fired focaccia or pretzels, fresh pasta or salted crepes. This will then be washed down by some warming herbal teas or hot chocolate, whichever you prefer.
