Mark De-Lisser Presents: Sharlene Hector · London · Dec 14, 2026

Event Calendar CLICK HERE  Join Mark De-Lisser for a night that strips everything back. No big stage. No distance between artist and audience. Just real conversation, honest stories and the kind of behind-the-scenes insight you rarely get from an interview. Then the mood shifts. Mark’s special guest for the evening takes the mic and performs live, up close, in an intimate room filled with people who have come to listen. Every month brings a different voice. Expect a line-up spanning genres and generations — names you know, stories you don’t, and performances you’ll only experience here. This isn’t a concert. It’s not a talk show. It’s something rarer: a night built around connection, honesty and music performed for the love of it. This month - December 14 : SHARLENE HECTOR   With more than three decades in the entertainment industry, Sharlene Hector is one of the UK’s most recognisable Soul, R&B and pop vocalists. Perfoming with artistes such as Emeli Sandé, Alicia Keys and Gregory Porter to name a few. Best known as a lead vocalist for Basement Jaxx, Sharlene also has an outstanding career in musical theatre taking to the stage in London's West End most recently with Disney's Hercules at The Theatre Royal, Drury Lane. Now, for one night only, Sharlene joins Mark De-Lisser at Soul Mama for an evening unlike any other. Expect stories from behind the scenes, reflections from a career spent in the spotlight, and — when the conversation gives way to music — a live performance from Sharlene herself. Once a month. Limited seats. Unforgettable nights. Soul Mama. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Soul Mama Menu offers a delightful blend of African, Caribbean, and South American cuisine.
