Movies on the Mersey brings three nights of big-screen entertainment to Everton’s waterfront home. An unforgettable time awaits on the waterfront. Taking place across Saturday 29 August, Sunday 30 August and Monday 31 August, the event will give families and film fans the chance to enjoy a unique cinema experience from the comfort of their vehicle, with films shown on a giant LED screen on the banks of the River Mersey. As the sun sets over Merseyside, guests will be able to tune in through their car radio via FM transmitter and enjoy a programme of family favourites, classic sci-fi comedies, musicals and a special Everton screening. The weekend opens on Saturday 29 August with Disney-Pixar favourite Finding Nemo at 6pm and Mamma Mia! at 9pm. On Sunday 30 August, the stadium will host two singalong favourites, with Grease at 6pm, followed by the time-travelling classic Back To The Future at 9pm. The weekend concludes on Bank Holiday Monday with a special 7.30pm screening of Howard’s Way, with entry on a pay-what-you-want basis and all donations going to Everton in the Community. Tickets for Saturday and Sunday screenings are priced at £30 per vehicle, inclusive of all guests seated safely inside the vehicle. Each ticket includes access to the stadium footprint, a designated parking space with a view of the big screen, and in-car audio via FM transmitter. For those wishing to attend without a vehicle £10, a dedicated lawn area will also be available in front of the big screen, with guests able to park vehicles in nearby lot, and bring their own chair with a few first-come, first-serve seating options available. Inclement Weather triggers availability for flexible refund policy with this ticket category. Street food, popcorn, sweets, and hot drinks outlets will be available throughout the weekend, alongside toilet and refreshment facilities.  Vehicle parking is assigned on first-come, first serve arrangement with doors opening up to 90 min before each screening and last entry 15 min before the film begins.  Pull up, tune in, and experience movie magic beneath the lights of Hill Dickinson Stadium.
