Northampton Saints/Loughborough Lightning Girls Only Masterclasses at Northampton Saints High Performance Centre at Franklin's Gardens. At Northampton Saints, we aim to nurture and encourage talent and through our Rugby Development programmes we: CHALLENGE women and girls to set lofty goals and build up their skills to achieve them. PROVIDE an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. HELP women and girls to develop skills on and off the pitch. IMPROVE critical skills, such as leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork. Explore the Northampton Saints/Loughborough Lightning Girls Only Masterclasses, a dynamic and concise learning opportunity! All games and exercises are linked to the academy and senior player sessions. These Clinics are designed to develop players’ techniques in a challenging but nurturing environment. Our Clinics are focused on Girls Under 12's - Under 16's of all playing levels. The following masterclass themes are available this Spring:    Girls Only Tackle & Breakdown Masterclass (Monday 19th October 2026) - Enhance your skills within the following areas; Tackle Technique, Ball into Contact, Clear-out & Jackal.   Kicking Masterclass (Monday 16th November 2026) - Develop the players individual closed skills in grubber, punt, and place kicking whilst progressively adapting them to live open game scenarios.    Girls Only Attack Masterclass (Monday 30th November 2026) - Explore all the fundamental skills required to develop your attacking game. Across these Clinics you can expect to work on decision making, catch & pass, go forward & support as well as changing in running lines.
