The Glasgow Duo is bringing Paris to Glasgow! Fiona Robertson - violin Philip Sharp - piano 📅 SAVE THE DATE - join us on the 13th September for an exciting programme: 'L’Esprit de Paris – The Music of Les Six and French Film', exploring the soundworld of 1920s–1950s France, from film music to Satie and his influence on Les Six. Joyful, witty and at times brooding, it centres on Milhaud’s dazzling 'Le Boeuf sur le Toit', originally conceived to accompany a silent Charlie Chaplin film.
