Come join the 35 and up crew on Saturday October 10th at Rail Haus in Dover, Delaware! (5 minutes away from campus!) We're back for our 2nd annual DSU Kickback but with a twist! Boots to the Yard Edition!  Rodeo themed attire is optional but encouraged! This event is strictly for alumni that wants to avoid the chaos, chill, and kick back! Rail Haus is the place to be! With its spacious layout, welcoming vibe, and plenty of room both indoors and outdoors, it’s the ideal hangout after the homecoming festivities. Hosted by Alumni native B Smith, Full bar, open kitchen, plenty of seating, Live Music by DJ Ant, indoor/outdoor seating with firepits, outdoor games, activations and photobooth access. Depending on your ticket purchase, it can include (1) signature DSU themed drink as an optional add on, light bites (while food lasts), discounted rates for vendors/food truck purchase, access to indoor/outdoor area, activations and photo opportunities. This is "Another Random Event" collaboration by Mish Meech and Rail Haus. This will be a PRIVATE EVENT! 35 AND UP IS ENCOURAGED Refund & Chargeback PolicyEvent: DSU Alumni Kickback 2026 1) All Sales Are Final All ticket purchases are non-refundable. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including schedule changes, weather, illness, transportation issues, or dissatisfaction with entertainment, vendors, or setup. 2) Cancellations & Postponements If the event is canceled by the organizer, guests will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. If the event is rescheduled, tickets automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend, email us within 5 business days of the announcement for a refund. 3) Ticket Transfers Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 48 hours before the event. Email the new guest’s full name and contact info to iloverandomgems@gmail.com. Unauthorized resale is prohibited. 4) No-Show Policy Guests who do not attend for any reason are considered no-shows and forfeit any refund, credit, or reschedule. 5) Merchandise, Catering & Custom Items All sales of event merchandise, body-care items, catering, or other custom/perishable goods are final once processed. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup with photos for review. 6) Payment Disputes & Chargebacks If you experience a payment issue, contact us first at iloverandomgems@gmail.com before filing a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without contacting us violates these terms and may result in: Denial of future ticket purchases or event access Reporting to Universe or Stripe for dispute abuse Recovery of disputed funds and associated fees (up to $100 per incident) We maintain detailed transaction records, attendee check-ins, and communication logs to respond to disputes. 7) Processing Errors Verified duplicate charges or technical errors will be refunded within 5–7 business days of confirmation. 8) Force Majeure The organizer is not liable for delays, modifications, or cancellations due to events beyond our control (severe weather, venue issues, government restrictions, public safety).
