Grammy-nominated rapper Fetty Wap is set to turn Mischief Night into the loudest Halloween Party in northeastern Pennsylvania with an Oct. 30 performance at the Mohegan Arena in Wilkes-Barre Township. Tickets go on sale to the general public Friday, Aug. 28 at 10 a.m.
