GroundShift is a two-part experiential workshop bringing together somatic movement and radically honest dialogue for these tumultuous times. We open with guided improvisational movement, an invitation to arrive fully in your body and explore what it means to be an embodied earth citizen at this moment. From there we drop into a sharing circle, an intentional space for the kind of present-moment, honest conversation that our complex moment is asking of us, exploring how collapse and emergence land in our hearts and relationships. No prior experience necessary, just a willingness to move and be moved.
