Karen Shiraishi's "Now I know " Record ReleaseKaren Shiraishi is a London-born, Japanese-British pianist and composer based in New Orleans, known for her melodically driven compositions, rich harmonies, and swinging style. Classically trained, she developed her love of jazz under mentors Julian Joseph and Ralph Peterson and studied at Berklee College of Music. Since moving to New Orleans in 2022, she has performed with Shannon Powell, the Preservation Hall All-Stars, and Trumpet Mafia, among others, while establishing herself as both a sought-after sideman and bandleader. Tonight we celebrate the release of her debut album, Now I Know, featuring Herlin Riley. Shows at 7:00pm & 9:00pm Doors at 6:30pm & 8:30pm Restaurant is Open 5pm - 10pm for dinner before or after your showtime: Advance Ticket Holders can now automatically make dinner table reservations for the Dining Room online via OpenTable.com ! Dinner Service without Advance Concert Tickets is first-come, first-served based on availability upon arrival. Full Bar is Open 5pm - Midnight for all, on show nights, with or without tickets. Kind Reminder: Snug Harbor does NOT serve the full menu inside the Music Room. We do offer cheese and charcuterie tray options. In order to preserve the integrity, quiet and focus of our world class intimate concerts, only the charcuterie, cocktails and soft drinks are available for table service inside the Music Room. However, we encourage you to arrive at least 90 Minutes prior to your showtime in order to enjoy full, relaxing dinner service in the Dining Room right next door, before getting seated in the Music Room for your ticketed showtime.

Please note: This event is 13 and over. Any ticket holder unable to present valid identification indicating that they are at least 13 years of age will not be admitted to this event, and will not be eligible for a refund. All concert ticket sales are final and non-refundable. All patrons must have valid government-issued Photo ID available upon entry. All teenage patrons must be ticketed like adults, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times while inside the jazz club. All patrons must be aged 13 or older. Violation of this policy while inside the venue may result in removal from the club without ticket refunds. There is NO SMOKING allowed anywhere inside the building, and there are NO PETS ALLOWED at anytime. *Legitimate Service Dogs must be wearing full credentials at all times upon entry, and owner must have licensing papers available upon staff request for service dogs.
