Mississippi Symphony Orchestra: Majestic Showpieces · Jackson · Apr 10, 2027

Compelling French-born harp soloist and audience favorite Emmanuel Ceysson returns to center stage with two handpicked French showpieces ? Pierné?s dreamy Conzertstück and Saint-Saëns? flashy Morceau de Concert. A delight at every turn, this concert also stirs visual flights of fancy, from Dukas? mischievous The Sorcerer?s Apprentice to Ravel?s famous orchestration of Mussorgsky?s Pictures at an Exhibition.
