ONE LAST TIME Living is not the same as being alive. An experiential evening of clarity, connection, and freedom. Take the risk of expressing what is true in you — and discover what happens when you participate in life from there. What if you haven't lost your fire — you've just learned to live without it? Maybe you've become very good at living your life. Getting things done. Showing up. Being responsible. Making it work. And yet, somewhere underneath all of that, there may still be a part of you asking: is this really all there is? Life can teach us to want less. To compromise. To protect ourselves. To settle for what is familiar. Until one day we realize we've become very good at getting through life — but not necessarily at living it. And sometimes we don't even remember what we were longing for. A different way of being What if the answer isn't to become a better version of yourself? What if it's to become willing to experience more of who you already are? This isn't a philosophy you'll be asked to adopt. It isn't a method for fixing yourself. A life has to be lived, not learned about! What I offer is an open door, and the facilitation to help you walk through it. What's on the other side is yours to discover, not mine to prescribe. Your life is the material. My role is to hold the space where you can meet it directly. One Last Time is an invitation into that territory. A few hours to step out of the noise and encounter yourself, other people, and life from a different place. A place with more depth. More presence. More passion. More connection. More reverence. More aliveness. You don't have to know exactly what that means for you. You only have to be willing to find out. How the evening moves This is one facilitated arc, not a series of separate activities. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, you're held — even in the parts that feel most open. You'll be welcomed in and guided into presence through breath and movement. From there we move into a cacao ceremony, where you prepare your own cup, at your own strength, as an act of intention. Then there is guided inner work — some of it alone, some in pairs or small groups. The last stretch of the evening is yours. The facilitation opens instead of directing, the music gets loud, and for about fifteen minutes you move however you need to move. This isn't a performance and it isn't choreography. It's where everything you found in the previous two hours gets put into practice — expressed, out loud, in your body, alongside other people doing the same. Some people find this the easiest part of the night. Some find it the hardest. Nobody is watching you. Everyone is busy. The evening closes in a circle, together. Every part of this evening is guided, and every part is optional. The cacao is yours to prepare at whatever strength you want, including none. Some exercises use simple, structured, non-sexual contact — a hand on a shoulder, standing close, eye contact — and you can opt out of any of it without explanation. You might be right for this if... You are tired of living on autopilot. You can feel there is more to life than the routine you've settled into. You've had glimpses of something deeper, but somewhere along the way you learned to put that part of yourself away. You want genuine human connection, not another room full of people making small talk. You're curious what happens when you stop trying to figure everything out intellectually and actually experience yourself. Or perhaps there's simply a quiet voice inside you saying: there has to be more to being alive than this. If you recognize yourself here, come. Welcome home You don't need to know anyone. You don't need to know how to dance. You don't need experience with cacao, movement, meditation, or personal development. You don't need to arrive as a better version of yourself. Just arrive. From the moment you walk through the door, the invitation is simple: welcome home. Why I'm holding this I've spent the better part of ten years inside this material — philosophies, modalities, communities. Not studying them from a distance. Living in them. I've held space like this before, quietly, a handful of times, for friends and small circles. What I haven't done is this. For ten years I planned and built and wrote, and then found a reason not to begin. I know the particular ache of knowing what you're for and living around it instead of in it. That isn't something I read about. It's mine. So this is the first time I'm stepping fully in — not as something I do on the side, but as the work I've chosen to give my life to. What I've found, across all of it, is that people don't need another idea about how to live. They need a space held well enough that they can find their own answer, and trust it. That's what I'm building here. Not expertise in fixing you. Presence, and a container solid enough to hold whatever's true for you tonight. The invitation This is not about designing the perfect life. It's about becoming willing to live the life that is actually yours. To take the risk of being fully alive. To give yourself permission to experience something you may never have allowed yourself to experience before. So that one day you can say: I was here. I have lived. I was alive. And it was an extraordinary journey.
