Boardwalk Deck - must enter the site at Michigan Avenue entrance. Look for PINK Boardwalk Deck-labeled signage for entry GA Pit - must enter the site at Michigan Avenue entrance. Look for GREEN GA Pit-labeled signage for entry General Admission - must enter the site on the beach nearest New York Avenue and the boardwalk.

Please note: Gates will open at 6PM and the show will begin at 7:30pm. The closer to show time, the longer lines and wait times may be, so please plan with that in mind to arrive early. Carpooling, and ride share are strongly encouraged. Chairs, blankets & tarps are NOT permitted. Patrons may bring one empty refillable water bottle up to one liter in size or up to one liter of factory-sealed water per person. Water bottles may not be metal containers. There is a bag policy in place: bags only sized 12"x6"x12" or smaller will be permitted inside the venue. Remember, heavy concert and commuter traffic is expected, which will cause delays. Patrons requesting ADA access should enter the site at Ohio Avenue entrance & visit the Accessibility Center upon entry. Have mobile tickets downloaded and saved to your phone by opening the Ticketmaster app, selecting "My Tickets", and following the prompt to download to your apple/google wallet. Please have tickets ready before getting in line!
